What type of cases do you take?
We specialize in accidents, personal injury, workers' compensation, nursing home neglect, social security disability, bankruptcy, criminal cases, DWI/DUI/OWI, estate planning, wills & probate, real estate, and traffic tickets. We can also assist you with legal cases involving medical and nursing home malpractice and product liability. Every one of our clients benefits from our broad experience and our reputation for excellence in legal transactions and litigation in metro Milwaukee.

What are your hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST. We are available 24 hours a day.

What will you charge for handling my case?
For personal injury cases we work on a contingency fee basis. We are paid a percentage of the verdict/settlement and we receive no payment until your case is finalized. If there is no recovery you owe nothing. For all other legal services we work either on a fixed rate basis or hourly charge.

Are there costs in handling my case?
For personal injury work, the out of pocket expenses for court fees, copying, medical records, etc are paid up front by our law offices. These expenses will be reimbursed at the time of settlement. For all other cases it is either incorporated in the fixed rate or will be itemized on your bill.

Do I have to pay for parking to visit your offices?
No. When you park in our building for a meeting with one of our attorneys we will validate your parking slip.

Do I need to go to court?
In most cases no. We are able to settle a vast majority of cases prior to going to court.

Who makes the decision to settle a case?
All offers to settle a case will be presented to you as the client. It will be your decision to settle or not.
