Is the Sperling Law Office the attorney for me?

If you were involved in car, motorcycle, boating, bicycle, snowmobile, slip and fall accident, dog bite, pedestrian accident you deserve an experienced law firm that first and foremost cares about you and your family. Our legal experience and knowledge in dealing with insurance companies and health care providers allows to get the best possible results for you.

 

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6PM CST. We are available 24 hours a day via our answering service.

 

What type of cases do you take?

Any accidents involving car, motorcycle, ATV, bus, train, truck, boating, bicycle, snowmobile, slip and fall accident, pedestrian accident. Also wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, defective product liability, burns and others.

 

What will you charge for handling my case?

We work on a contingency fee basis. We are paid a percent of the verdict/settlement and we receive no payment until your case is finalized. If there is no recovery who owe nothing.

 

Are there cost in handling my case?

The out of pocket expenses for court fees, copying, medical records, etc are paid up front by the Sperling Law office. These expenses will be reimbursed at time of settlement.

 

Do I have to pay for parking to visit your offices?

No. When you park in our building for a meeting with one of our attorneys we will validate your parking slip.

 

How do you determine damages for my for my personal injury case?

Some of the factors in determining a potential aware/settlement are: (1) injuries resulting from pain and suffering; (2) emotional and mental suffering; (3) permanent physical impairment or disfigurement; (4) lost wages and economic hardship; and (5) impact to future earnings potential.

 

Do I need to go to court?

In most cases no. We are able to settle a vast majority of cases prior to going to court.

 

Who makes the decision to settle a case?

All offers to settle a case will be present to you as the client. It will be your decision to settle or not.
