About

Leah represents people in personal injury matters ranging from motor vehicle accidents to slip/trip and falls, as well as family law matters. She has co-authored several appellate briefs for cases in the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. She also represents and advises amateur sports organizations in a variety of different legal matters. Leah has been nominated to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2019, 2020, and 2021. This award is based on peer recognition and professional achievements and is only given out to only 2.5% of practicing attorneys in Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Sperling Law Offices, LLC, Leah worked as an associate attorney at a mid-size firm specializing in insurance defense litigation. Her previous experience representing insurance companies gives her an advantage to handling personal injury claims as she knows first-hand the tactics insurance companies take to avoid responsibility.

A Milwaukee native, Leah graduated from Marquette University Law School, cum laude, where she was a member of the Sports Law Review. During law school, she interned for the US Olympic Committee during the 2016 Rio Olympic games and worked as a research assistant for Professors Matthew Mitten and Peter Rofes. She also represented Marquette at the National Baseball Arbitration competition, finishing second overall.

In her spare time, Leah enjoys swimming, traveling, and competing in triathlons.
