What to Tell the Insurance Representatives

Soon after you file a claim with the at-fault person’s insurance, an insurance adjuster will call you. They may want to discuss the accident, your injuries and damages, or request a recorded statement. If you have already hired an attorney, refer the adjuster to your attorney.
